Boutique Architecture & Interior Studio
Architecture, interiors, modular solutions, and 3D visualization — for homes designed around real life, not catalogue shoots.
Designer Note · 003
We softened the TV wall with warm veneer and hidden storage so the room feels calm, not crowded.
Every layout starts with your routine, not a template.
Honest cost ranges before any commitment is asked.
See every key room before site work begins.
One studio, one team, from first sketch to handover.
A focused list of services — each one done in-house, with the same attention to material, light, and storage that defines our work.

A home shaped around how your family actually lives.

Storage that disappears into the design.

Plans that respect the plot, the breeze, and the budget.

See your home before it exists.

Workspaces designed for focus, not for show.

Older homes, gently brought into today.
Each project is a conversation between routine, budget, and material. Here are a few we keep coming back to.
The most rewarding projects rarely begin with a blank slate. Drag to see what a few thoughtful moves can do for a room you already live in.
“We replaced one wall, raised one ceiling line, and changed every light source. Not a teardown — just enough.”
— Lead Designer

A predictable, calm sequence — designed so that you always know what is happening, and what comes next.
We start with a long, unhurried conversation. Family routine, storage habits, budget realities, taste — and what you don't want.
Mood references and 2D layouts come first. Then 3D renders for every key room — so you can feel the design, not just read it.
Materials, lighting plans, hardware, finishes, and the small things — switch heights, drawer dividers, edge profiles.
Site coordination with weekly updates, photos, and quality checks. One accountable team — civil to modular to lighting.
Final styling, deep clean, walkthrough, and a calm settling-in period. Snags fixed. Warranties shared in writing.
We won't pretend a website can quote your home accurately. But we can share a clear range — based on what you tell us — and pick up the conversation from there.
·Pick a home type, service, and budget comfort.
·We open WhatsApp pre-filled — share photos, plot plans, anything.
·You hear back within the same working day with a clear range.
“Working with Aayani was an unhurried, careful experience. They listened first, drew later, and the home now feels like ours — not like a showroom. Even small things like switch positions and storage heights were thought through.”
Cost depends on the size of your home, the rooms you want done, the choice of materials, and how much modular work is involved. After the first conversation we share a clear, itemised range — not a vague number — so you know exactly where money goes.
Most 2 and 3 BHK projects take 8 to 14 weeks from final design sign-off to handover. Smaller renovations can be done in 4 to 6 weeks. We share a week-by-week plan once the design is locked.
Yes — for every key room. We render rooms the way they will actually look at 7pm with the lights on, so you can change a wall colour or swap a sofa before anything is built.
Both. We design end-to-end and execute end-to-end — civil, electrical, modular, painting, lighting, curtains, and styling. One studio, one accountable team.
A 45-minute conversation about your home, family routine, budget comfort, and timeline. We share rough cost ranges, design references, and a clear next step. No commitment, no hard-sell.
Yes. We regularly take projects in Hyderabad, Warangal, Nalgonda, and across Telangana. For projects further away, we plan execution carefully — and most renders and design work happens remotely anyway.
Tell us about your home, your routine, your budget, and your timeline. We'll help you understand what's possible — quietly and honestly — before you commit to anything.
